[Virtual-pkg-base-maintainers] Bug#490098: base: lsusb does not list all plugged USB devices.

When I run lsusb command, all currently plugged USB devices should be
listed.
Now Debian does not list all plugged USB devices with lsusb.
This bug is present since several months.
I have tested in Ubuntu, so in it lsusb lists all my plugged USB devices
with no problems.
