apt-get is top process consuming 90 percent cpu after the update manager runs.
The system idle is 0.0%. The system has been up for 18 hours. This can be
reproduced. I have to kill the apt-get process with a minus one to resolve.
The parent process is /bin/sh /etc/cron.daily/apt.
