[Virtual-pkg-base-maintainers] Bug#654988: base: Setting new location using Gnome fails to change the timezone and time.

I visited Karachi, Pakistan (GMT+5) for a holiday from the UK. When I set my new location to Karachi, it failed to show the correct time. If I set it manually, it reverts to the old time.
