   * What led up to the situation? When I trun off my PC and start it again.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? I have to use other PC screen to help me turn on HDMI to TV or using update and upgrade.
   * What was the outcome of this action? Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't.
   * What outcome did you expect instead? It should not be happen because if users do not have other screen, then they will not know what to do.
