   * What led up to the situation? Suspension to RAM
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? I pressed the keys for wake up the machine.
   * What was the outcome of this action? Nothing happened.
   * What outcome did you expect instead? Wake from suspension.
