Hi,

Please devote bash from essential state to just any normal shell state.
There is no need to have it in a that prominent position. Especially
with regard to the recent security problems.

We have dash in place for ages now. So there is no need for bash either.
For the moment there are still some scripts that uses bash for no need.
That would not change until bash is devoted to lower precedence. That
scripts that really needs to use bash should mention that in the
dependencies.

I hope I found the right pseudo package for this bug. I even be not sure
if it should be wishlist or normal (From my point of view it is wishlist
but a very important wish).
