Dear Maintainer,

After installing Debian Jessie (with XFCE desktop) audio output is only
hearable on the left channel and sounds metallic.  Any attempts to fix
the problem failed.  Tests with Windows 7 on the same machine showed
good sound quality, so hardware defects can be ruled out.


System: Dell Precision 7810 Workstation

XFCE Audio Mixer shows "HDAIntel PCH (Alsa mixer)"
