After each reboot, the login screen based on lightdm is mostly unreable.
Some letters are not visble, others are distorted.
But login is working. The 2 panels (top and bottom) of Xfce desktop comes up with some dostorison also. After a while, the screen comes OK and reactivity increases.

A file with lspci shows the displays infos.
An Intel VGA 82845G/GL[Brookdale-G]/GE/PE) is running on Compaq Computer Corporation Evo D510 with P4 1,8GHZ (agpgart-intel and i915 kernel driver).
Another file with dmesg shows infos about GPU HANG related to i915m (ring hung).

A file with GPU HANG dump is also in attach.
