[Vmdebootstrap-devel] kpartx's #829496 severly affects vmdebootstrap

Hi,

Recently I was having an impossible time generating bootable images with
a  vmdebootstrap, until I noticed that this only worked with the first
invocation after a reboot.

It turns out that a bug in kpartx does not clean up the loop device
after using -d, which explains why every invocation except the first one
did not work.

I've submitted a patch to upstream and #829496.

Without this patch, losetup -d <device> must be called after every
invocation of vmdebootstrap.
