<p dir="ltr">Neil, leaving out changes 2 and 3 seems reasonable.  A patch with only<br>
change 1 is attached.  You can test it by running vmdebootstrap under<br>
nohup when redirecting the output (when building on a remote system<br>
for example):</p>
