[Vmware-package-maintainers] VMware-server-1.0.9 on kernel 2.6.30

	Hi,

Could you possibly instruct me on how to apply the set of patches for vmware-
server-1.0.9 & kernel-2.6.30 for VMware Server in vmware-package available at:
http://www.insecure.ws/2009/04/21/vmware-specific-specific-55x-and-kernel-2629
    A rough idea + RTFMs are fine for me.

I did the conversion for Gentoo earlier 
(http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=273173) and the patches seem to work 
just fine. I'd just like to create a patchset for debian as well and possibly 
ease your job in the process.
