[Webapps-common-packages] Bug#453487: Should this package be orphaned?

Hi,

the last maintainer upload of bugzilla was on 2006-11-15, a bit over a
year ago. The package has accumulated quite a few bugs.

Would it be appropriate to orphan it so a new maintainer can take
over?
