As a member of the Webmin-Core-Team (Webmin Translation Co-Ordinator) I 
just have a question: Do these translations apply only to Debian-Webmin 
or would it be ok to insert them into the main Webmin-Distribution?

If the latter more folks can see your generous work.
I would then take that file you submitted and transmit it into the main 
webmin distribution.
