If you mean using the currently generated ramdisk image then no: yaird
includes only the kernel modules actually loaded.

If you can somehow get your machine running anyway then look
at /etc/yaird/Default.cfg and possibly it will work to simply add
"MODULE sata_nv" and regenerate the image.

If you are unable to get into your machine at all then follow the
advice by Sven.
