[Yaird-devel] Bug#375692: Problem caused by "removed" raid device

Hi again,

I found the problem.

/dev/md0 was a RAID array, of which only one of two devices was
activated. It seems yaird tried to read the info for both devices, which
failed because the second device did not exist... (actually it pointed
to /dev/.static/dev/.tmp-0-0, which I do not understand yet).

Adding the second device to the array fixed the problem.

Perhaps it would be an idea to check for the status of the devices, if
it a RAID array, and ignore anything that is not "active"? Or put at
least a better error message - the problem should not be a common one.

For my part, the problem has been solved.
