It is, it will move to unstable asap. The chage-fixed adduser is going
into etch tonight, and I plan to ditch that branch really soon now.
The version currently in experimental is the _near_ future.

That's actually not a new string. gettextization of that string was
missing, which has shown up during the code refactoring.

Committing new translations isn't too much work, and Jörg, who did
most of the code refactoring work and is also working on the test
suite, has become a committer to the Alioth project this weekend. So,
I don't think that maintenance help is not badly needed at the moment.
