Ok, it took longer than expected but I fixed a couple of bugs along the
way. Please test the version from
http://apt-cacher-ng.alioth.debian.org/unreleased/apt-cacher-ng-0.6.9.tar.xz.

See http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/debcreation.htm if you need instructions
to build it. As far as I know, you will need to update the server as
well because it had some bugs with request Range: handling.
