[Apt-cacher-ng-users] "LocalDirs" with HTTP Basic Auth?

Hi,
I need to secure one, additional, local repository with a password. It is possible to add Http Basic Auth to " LocalDirs" ?

With apache in front of apt-cacher-ng and proxypass it doesent work for security.debian.org.
apt-cacher-ng received an uri " 10.4.18.121|dists/jessie/...." and tries to resolv the host "dists"
without apache the url looks like: " security.debian.org/dists/jessie/..."

Anyone an idea? Thank you.
