[Apt-cacher-ng-users] "LocalDirs" with HTTP Basic Auth?

That would be an additional feature, although easy to implement. Please
make a ticket in the tracker.

What does "in front of" mean? Redirection, URL rewriting?

Dare to show your apache config?
