    improve README.Debian
    
    The section about the need for a controlling terminal explains how
    to work around a limitation of su -c "command". It suggests to
    become root before invoking the package manager, e.g. with su - .
    Another strategy could be using sudo: this alternative has been
    inserted as an additional example.
