Bug#738552: autopkgtest: add support for using locally-built binaries without a second build

Package: autopkgtest
Version: 2.7.2
Severity: wishlist

My use case: I want to run the test suite after building a source
package, and before signing and uploading it.

--built-tree will use packages from the archive instead of the ones I
just built, while --unbuilt-tree will build everything again which is a
waste.

I can use --binary, but that's error-prone and a little difficult when
you have multiple binary packages in a source.

IMO it would make a lot of sense for --built-tree to use the
locally-built packages to satisfy test dependencies.
