Thanks for this! Odd that this wasn't an issue when I tried
vmdebootstrap on sid, but perhaps back then python[3]-minimal was part
of debootstrap? Anyway, this is a fairly important fix indeed.

I adjusted your patch to use "type" to check for python/python3
availability, as it's not required to come from our packages, and
it's a much cheaper test. I also changed adt-setup-vm to install
python3-minimal only, as that's sufficient.
