why is that ? a bug on the BTS is open so that it hilights multiple URLs 
correctly. that's the only concern I can see with that practice, 
honnestly.

the reason behind this choice is that in case of duplicates like this, 
if the duplicate is removed, I can't go back. (it happens often for GCC 
it appears e.g.).

well, it should have a reply-to on 
bts-link-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org, but it has at least a link on 
my mail to d-d-a where my email adress is, that's not that hard to find 
me ;)
