Here's the deal: I want the forwarded tag on my bugs to be a useful
link.  I do not want it to be a broken link.

Moreover, if I fix it back, you'll just munge it again.  Isn't that
brilliant?  So dammitall, if you are going to change it, change it
right, or else leave it alone.
