Take a look at the *top* of the page now, and see what happens.

You have extended the syntax of the BTS in a way not supported by the
BTS, and you shouldn't do that until it's set.

I want to be able to clicky on the link at the top of the page.

You should NOT have implemented this in this way until *AFTER* the
patch was in place in the BTS.

Indeed, I think simply changing the forwarding pointer outright to the
new bug is superior to changing the BTS syntax.  It's not as if the
old pointer is lost.

It's not the BTS' fault that it didn't anticipate your change to the
syntax.  It's your fault that you went and changed the syntax before
the BTS was ready.
