The fact here is that "Resolution: Duplicate" is set, so we are saying
"we don't know what other bug report to look at to decide about this
one". Forwarding to the "main" bug should fix the situation
(sometimes, dups bugs are closed even if the "other" bug is still
under invetigation/fis was not released yet, that's why don't check
its status).
