Ok.  If you could try to do a testsuite entry for it, that'd be great.  
We'll have to add the Java packages to our Build-Depends.  

I just added a README.Build which describes our Build-Depends line, so
that backporters will know they won't actually need everything there.

Cool.

Ok, I just added you to the build-common project on alioth.  Please
commit your work.  It would be nice if as soon as Kaffe gets uploaded
and things move to main, you could implement the testsuite entry.

We've been kind of burned in the past with the possible repercussions of
what appear to be innocuous changes in this package, so we're moving
towards having a comprehensive test suite for all the classes.
