[Build-common-hackers] Bug#225441: cdbs: problems with dpkg-shlibdeps

cdbs seems to have some problems with dpkg-shlibdep ... an example:

The result is missing depends for the builded package ....

I've just tested with ghex in a pbuilder, same problem. I've downgraded cdbs to 
the 0.4.13 version, it fixes the build so the problem seems to be somewhere in 
the new cdbs version (0.4.14).
