[Build-common-hackers] Bug#214313: cdbs: missing shlibs problem

Regarding bug #214313; is this fixed for you in current cdbs, or did you
employ a workaround?  I've tried building xft (2.1.2-5), and cdbs
(0.4.17) appears to have correctly generated the DEBIAN/shlibs file.
