A very similiar one, but this time, it is not a quick hack to get
debug information, but it is a "real" package destined for the
archive. Since adding a -dbg package to an existing package is a
common use case, I'd like to see a less ugly solution for this issue,
and I'd like to see it in the cdbs docs.
