[Build-common-hackers] Bug#439747: DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_AUTOMAKE: desire way to run autoconf with --add-missing

Howdy,

The DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_AUTOMAKE mechanism simply runs automake.
It would be nice to be able to add flags like --add-missing --copy
to the automake invocation.
