[buildd-tools-devel] Wanna-build setup and multiarch builds

Now there there is finally a cross-gcc-4.9-armhf package in the archive (well,
NEW right now, heading for experimental), and a version of sbuild that
does multiarch builds happily (0.64.3), I need to look at getting
wanna-build to DTRT too. 

I have 2 queries:
1) I need to set up a test wanna-build instance. Is this page the right instructions?:

If not what should I read?


2) any advice on best approach in wanna-build to get it to check (or
ignore and try anyway?) foreign-arch deps is most welcome, as neither
I nor Dima (who is way better at perl than me) is familiar with the code-base.

Is 'master' here:  https://buildd.debian.org/git/wanna-build.git/ 
the version actually in use in the archive?
