[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#810038: sbuild: cuts off binNMU changelog at ‘#’

Scheduling a binNMU with “fix #123456” will cause the .changes
file to only contain “fix”. Unsure if this is a bug in sbuild,
but it’s the most likely place; wanna-build has the correct info.
