[Calendarserver-maintainers] CalendarServer 2.2 release

Hi,
Calendarserver 2.2 has been tagged in upstream SVN:
	http://trac.calendarserver.org/changeset/4330
This is the first major release since about a year. I'd welcome any help
on packaging this since I won't get around to do this in the near
future. Most of the dependencies are already packaged either in unstable
or experimental.
