[cut-team] Bikeshedding alternate names for "testing"

I know this is probably a bad thing to do, but here I will do it anyway:

If we can rename "testing" (which is a truly bad name, in my opinion), we 
should call it "next". Debian would be similar to the Linux kernel and 
lots of other projects that way, and the name would also make sense.

(I also think a rename of "testing" is feasible so long as we change all 
the documentation, even if we still permit users to use the "testing" 
name. It's okay if the old name still works; it's bad if we tell people 
that testing exists. I volunteer to spend two consecutive full days moving 
toward that, if we decide to change the name.)
