I guess it's better to continue here, Dragan isn't completely wrong ;).

My first guess was, what would happen, if somebody really would order it
fore 796.699,42 € [1] ready for despatch 3–5 business days, that's how
it is announced in Germany. But for that price it should be easy for you
to make a paperback from the PDF.

"I think the whole world is crazy except you and I, but I have my doubts
about you." :D

"Nothing wrong with me that money won't cure."

For my first Linux, Suse Linux 9.0 professional I paid around 50 EUR in
2003, resp. for a package including a user handbook and an admin
handbook + CDs + DVD + support. I didn't use the support. The price was
reduced, a so called "student version". IIRC at that time it was
possible to order the first version of Ubuntu for free as in beer. Sure,
Suse download was for free as in beer too.

I wonder how much Windows was at that time.

A German saying "If it's free, it can't be any good." "Was nichts
kostet, ist auch nichts wert." -

I guess for most people in Germany it's a rule. I didn't ask most German
people about that ;).

Regards,
Ralf
