LOL. Of course we don't need Laws or a code of conduct, we are naturally
good natured towards each other.

Sports games don't need rules, who would dream of another human not
playing fair.

In regards, to the Debian lists. The lists are owned and run by the
Debian Project and the Listmasters have the onus on running them
efficiently and trying to keep them operating under the T&C's set by the
other members of the Project. IMHO, they are doing a good job.

IOW, IMNSHO, the lists aren't a God given right to be used as we see fit.
