Prophylactic: IMO everybody sending something that is off-topic for the
off-topic list, IOW that belongs to Debian user, immediately should be
banned from the off-topic list. _Without a warning_! I really would be
pissed off, if somebody should open a serious thread on this list, that
belongs to Debian user.
