Which doesn't state what the name of the *package* containing the
keyring should be, so I don't know why you mention it.

This minor inconsistency does not seem to me to be worth the pain of
renaming the package, getting it through NEW, and probably changing dak
to use the new name.

If other maintainers of the package feel differently, they can of course
take action.
