It seems like now it might give a different output:
http://minsky.surfnet.nl:11371/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0xE6AA90171392B174
Probably pgp.surfnet.nl is not updated frequently?

Sure.
As I already said on new-maint, I have no chance to meet any DD here easily,
and that is the strongest (and only :() link between me and the Debian keyring.
I can also send a signed identification document to prove my identity, and that
should suffice (as it's also valid for NM, I can't understand why it shouldn't
for DM).
As a sidenote: I believe Debian should be more "relaxed" in allowing people to
contribute effectively. I'm not new anymore to Debian contributions; and I'm
now getting kinda frustrated in seeing that I have the abilities but I cannot
do anything because of bureaucracy. I'll continue working with sponsors and
debian-mentors if it's the only way, but it's getting frustrating now.
Kindly,
David
