NB, it would not be "valid" for NM, it would be _acceptable_ - if you
really can't get your key signed. This doesn't apply to anyone living
in central europe. There's been precedences of people travelling
500+km by train, and I can't really see why you can't just jump in a
car or train and go to Milano, Bologna, or somewhere.

I'm not really excited by the way you raise this issue again and
again. It's been explained to you by me and at least half a dozen
people over and over on IRC.
