Not having had a problem doesn't mean we should wait for one.
Waiting a week may seem long, but actually isn't. But if you really dont
want a week - make it 3 or 4 days. It doesn't hurt the future DM to wait
the *few* days more *and* leaves other DDs the option to raise concerns.
And that there *are* sometimes possible DMs where others have concerns
about them getting upload rights is nicely proven in the thread about
Kai.
