Huh, I'd like to understand why all these people in Cc: have thought
such a "policy" was so important it couldn't go through the usual Debian
way of consensus, and was it looks like it's imposed to us without prior
discussion. I assume it's because there is a very good reason to that,
and I'm seeking it, so that I can judge the proposal on its (hidden to
me right now) merits.
