[D-m-team] Bug#512618: Acknowledgement (debian-maintainers: DM application for Jonathan Wiltshire)

Hi

I haven't heard anything about this still - I see Anibal has tried to
get hold of Dafydd about not having signed his advocation, but I haven't
heard anything from him in a while now, guess real life is in the way.
What next - is a single advocation acceptable, and do you need a new
changeset for it?

It would be really nice to get this out of the way.
