Hi Sean,

I'm going to modify the database population optionally as user. I'm
thinking in define a new variable:

dbc_populate_as_user=(true/false)

Populate the database as postgress always work, but it can not be useful
for allbody. As example, if a database is using with a web application,
the user will be forced to use postgrest user (it's not a good idea).

With scripts it could be changed, but it simplify the packager work if
it could be populated as user.
