[Dbconfig-common-devel] new member: matt brown

hey folks,

i've just added matt brown (mattb-guest) to the list of project members
for dbconfig-common.  he'll be helping add in sqlite support, which
should be a pretty cool feature.

matt: welcome aboard.  feel free to create yourself an svn branch
somewhere under svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/dbconfig-common/branches/
to experiment with once you have some code to try out.  i'd recommend
copying the 1.8.13 tagged version
(svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/dbconfig-common/tags/1.8.13) as i'm throwing
in a few new features in 1.8.13 and haven't fully tested that they don't
break things :)
