Sorry about this mess, the remaining patch needed to get included has
been attached in #615621.

Somewhere is unfortunately my home server which is down right now, due
to a disk issue, and thousands of kilometers away of my current
location. I won't go back there before a month, but I anyway managed to
take care of my own mess, so please find attached the three remaining
patches.

Sorry again for my poorly organized use of Git, and hope I didn't
introduced too much work on your side.
