[Deb-scipy-devel] Updates for numpy

Hi again
   The apt-src problem is fixed but there is another problem (at least I think 
it is a problem). 
   You need to purge all the python2.(3/4)-(num/sci)py* packages while 
upgrading to the new packages. I needed to do
dpkg -r --force-depends python2.3-numpy
after I had marked all the 2.3/4 packages with "_" in dselect and then 
everything went smoothly.
