debtags suggestions

* In http://debian.vitavonni.de/packagebrowser/edit.cgi the "implemented-in"
is labelled as "Language that the package supports", which is quite confusing.

* The devel::rcs tag is labelled as "Source revision control", although
anything can be revision-controlled, so that should be "Revision control"
instead.

But in the same spirit, revision control is not necessarily tied to
development, so I'd rather see it under something else than "devel", maybe
"role" ? And if this change is done, it would be better imho to avoid using
"rcs" since it's not much technology-neutral :).  I'd suggest role::vcs (for
"version control system")

* One unclear point in my mind is how documentation for a package should be
tagged. I've seen several doc packages only tagged as role::doc, which is
maybe not sufficiently informative. Should we tag according to the thing
that is documented ?

* It is quite awkward to see top-level tags automatically added. "role"
does not seem to apply to my packages, for example, and if I remove it, it
gets re-added whenever I add a new role.

* Here are a couple of tags I am missing:

- devel::interface-generator or devel::bindings-generator

 A tool to help in generating an interface for some language to use a
 library or other tool.

 Candidates: swig, bigloo-devtools

- tech::dsssl

 Candidates: jade, openjade, openjade1.3, docbook-dsssl, alcovebook-sgml,
  docbook-utils, sgml2x

- media::markup

 Marked-up text, such as SGML or XML

- some way to tag style-sheets (CSS, XSL, DSSSL, etc). role::stylesheet
maybe ?

- some way to tag SGML/XML DTDs, LaTeX document classes, and the like

* devel::debian vs. suite::debian ?

* the <facet>::TODO feature mentionned in
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2004/04/msg07496.html does not seem to
be usable from the cgi

* I was able to modify tags on my packages without login in or anything.
What if I make an error, or if some vandal comes and clicks everywhere ? Is
there any tracking of the successive changes (wiki-like maybe) ?
