Tag your packages

I maintain a large number of packages related to the OCaml programming
language. I've seen that a lot of them have already been tagged with the
tag langdevel::ml. I haven't found on your site the complete list of
packages tagged with that tag, but I think the name is too much generic.

There are tons of different ML implementations and some of them are so
different to be considerent differ programming languages. Moreover since
the implemented-in tag has subtags implemented-in::ml and
implemented-in::ocaml I propose the same distinction to be used for
langdevel tag.

Recognizing all ocaml related libraries is easy since we (debian ocaml
maintainers) have agreed on a naming policy. All libraries have a
development part which has a name like libfoo-ocaml-dev and an optional
shared runtime part named libfoo-ocaml where foo is the name of the
library.

If you add the tag langdevel::ocaml I can retag all ocaml libraries
related packages, but given the above naming schema I guess it's easier
for you to do so with some script ...
